It reads your hardware and what you need, then ranks the local AI models that should run well on your PC, with a reason for each pick. Model size alone doesn't tell you whether a model fits your machine or task, and that's the gap it fills. Sultan wrote one scoring engine for both the app and the CLI, so they always agree.
